Sagesse De Dieu Limited provides turnkey interior architecture, bespoke joinery fabrication, precision CNC milling, and architectural finishing services for luxury residential and corporate properties. All project engagements are governed by formalized contractual blueprints, material specifications, and sign-off milestones agreed upon prior to workshop production.

2. Custom Fabrication & Specifications

Due to the tailored, handcrafted nature of our timber joinery, monumental stone cutting, and metallic finishes:

• All pieces are engineered to exact client site dimensions verified during site surveys.
• Natural variations in wood grain, marble veining, and metal patination are intrinsic markers of authentic craftsmanship and luxury material integrity.
• Design modifications requested after client sign-off on 3D renderings and material boards may impact timeline and cost schedules.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All original 3D renders, architectural drawings, custom joinery designs, and proprietary milling schematics developed by Sagesse De Dieu Limited remain the intellectual property of Sagesse De Dieu Limited unless explicitly transferred via written agreement.
